Hello,
My female has a slight case of fin rot. I put the JFE CLear tablet in her water last night. How often do I put new tablet in her water? Every time I clean her bowl? Do I stop when I see new growth? Her bowl is a little less than two gallons and does not have a filter.
Thank you.

What does the label say? The fizzy tablets are for 10 gallon tanks - I've never seen any for smaller tanks. The label should tell you how soon you can re-dose.

It just says if you need a second dose to wait at least four days. I would think four days would be too soon to know if it's still needed, yet I will want to clean the tank again in about four or five days.
I used the directions on this web site for using it for a smaller tank.

Well, in general you want to re-treat at least one full cycle beyond where you're seeing any symptoms, to be sure the problem is solved, so I would count on doing at least one more, possibly two more rounds of the JFC. You're right in that you probably wont' see full results by then. The danger is that if you stop too soon, the little buggers develop resistance to the medication and then it won't work at all .
