I woke up this morning to snow falling on the ground, and was curious to see how many of you have seen snow this season already, or are expecting snow soon. ;D

lol, I love the "what is snow?" option. I wish I could say that was true for me. We've had unseasonably warm weather here, but it's starting to cool off. We're supposed to get our first batch of flurries sometime this week.

We're supposed to get our first batch of flurries sometime this week. My fiancee's daughter lives in Minneapolis, and she has said the same thing. Montana is having blizzard snow storms right now and the weather guy in Billings Montana said that it is headed your direction soon. (I live right at the border of Montana and Wyoming, that is why I get Montana news) Hopefully it won't be to bad, but I am sure that you are used to cold weather. Here in Wyoming it will snow one day and then the next day it will get to 70 degrees. Sometimes it feels like we get all four seasons in one day.

I know that near the border of Colorado and Wyoming there is a major snow storm right now, hopefully you won't get it that rough. They had I-80 near Cheyenne Wyoming closed last night for a while.

Well, I live in Atlanta, Georgia....while I'd LOVE to say "expecting some soon"....today it was 78 degrees. I haven't even gotten my jacket out yet. And I can't honestly vote for any of the other options, either....how about adding, "I wish I lived somewhere where there is snow!!!" ;D However, I grew up in New Jersey, so I do know what snow is!!!

You lucky dog. The wind is blowing very hard here right now, so with the wind chill factor is about 25 degrees outside.

My parents went on their honeymoon in Alberta Canada Late November thirty three years ago and my mom still talks about how cold it was.

You're right I do love the weather here. Our only real winter problem is ice....when we get cold enough for freezing weather, we usually get freezing rain or sleet instead of soft, pretty snow It weighs down the power lines, knocks out the power and my bettas' heaters go off . You might remember when Atlanta hosted the Super Bowl several years ago...we had an ice storm that week. My daughter was performing in the halftime show and my husband was setting off the fireworks in the show (their claim to fame ). Our power was out due to the ice for 4.5 days ...so the two of them went happily off to the nice, warm, lighted Georgia Dome for rehearsal every day, leaving my son and me in the cold, dark house . Luckily, by the day of the game our power came back on, so we got to see the show on TV ;D But yeah, I wish I had a reasonable possibility of actual snow this winter

Haven't seen any snow yet here (and wondering if there is actually going to be any snow this year since the fall season begun really late). I'm really unsure if there is going to be any snow soon since most of the time it rains on Christmas day . Probably be sometime in January before it actually snows (though this time it might actually be in Feburary or March).
