I was thinking of getting new fish after the guppies died but than I thought I could just put some with them because the tank has been up for over a year.
I've got 7 guppies in a 10 gallon tank and they share it with a pleco. I was thinking of some tetras, rasboras, white cloud mountain minnows, danios or platys. I can't decide which and how many I should add. I also want to get 1-2 ghost shrimp.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

Danios and guppies work well, but probably not in a 10 gallon. Danios need room to swim and might get nippy towards the guppies.
Tetras work well with them too..I have 6 neon tetras and 2 flame tetras in my tank and they are fine.
Ghost shrimp are cool, the only thing is they might eat the fry if you have any.
I have white clouds in my 29 gal with some guppies and they have worked out great too.
I've never kept rasboras or platys so I can't comment on them.
