I'm thinking about starting up a community tank with a betta and some corycats, I was thinking albino... I was just wondering if anyone knew offhand how big albinos get and their estimated bioload. I know that Bettas are 3 inches, or so.
does that make sense....? Thanks Laura

Yeah, they count as 2" of fish on the bioload. They're pretty small but like to be kept in groups so I hear.

Thanks ACK,
So in a ten gal I could keep a betta and three corycats. Would three be a big enough group?

Three should be fine...I have 4 in two of my tanks, but one group was at 3 for a while and they were okay

Yeah, that's what I did. I have one betta and 3 Otos (Otocinclus) Works out just fine. The otos count as 2" of fish each too.
