I am just full of questions ;D
I bought 6 leopard danios today. 5 look normal, but the 6th one is really skinny. He is about the same length, but instead of having the round belly like the other danios, he's basically just a stick. Other than that, he seems normal and has stayed in the danio school so far. Is the stick appearance normal, or is it some deformity?

Is he eating? Maybe he's just the lowly one in the school and has a hard time getting enough food?
Or, he could be deformed, as you already mentioned.
Or, it could be a sign of some sort of internal parasite... I would keep an eye on him, if he starts acting weird at all, or isn't eating, then remove him from the tank.

He does eat...and his stomach area is getting a bit bigger. He's not as big as the rest of the danios, but he doesn't look as thin. I recently bought zebra danios, and he seems to be about the same size as them. I noticed that the rest of the leopards have noticably bigger stomachs than the zebras

Do you know the sexes for sure of them? I have zebra danios, and in that species, the females are rounder than the males, which are long and thinner with little belly. Could the rest be females, and that one be a male? That would be my guess, though I am no expert.

Moby, I was thinking exactly the same thing.

Moby, that probably is it. Stick has grown a bit, but is still much smaller than the others who are mostly fat (or at least used to be, I think there's been some spawning going on)

Is it normal for Zebra/Leopard danios to be chasing each other? We currently have 2 Leopard danios (a big one and a small one), and 1 zebra danio, and the big leopard danio and the zebra danio keep going at it... right now the Zebra is winning, but I don't think this is normal behavior for danios, is it?
