How long should I keep a healthy fish in quarantine before putting it in with the others? Thank you!

Some marine keepers like to keep their specimens quarantined for around a month. Of the freshwater keepers who do quarantine, two weeks is about the norm.
However, with an otherwise "healthy betta" (har har har), I'd say you could go a week...any longer really isn't necessary. Most immediately threatening diseases or problems with a fish will show up in that time frame, and it also gives you a chance to get the fish accustomed to eating the food you're going to give it.
