OK I have some problem in my 10G guppy tank. Some of my anacharis' tips are turning yellow and easily fall off. I have been recommended to add some fertilizers? anyone know the cause of this?

Possibly salt in the tank.

salt? why would you say that? I don't add salt and my tap water does not contain salt.
anyone knows what may be causing, hopefully it is a nutrient deficiency, I added a fertilizer with iron enriched.

I said that because you had sick guppies before, salt has some nasty effects on plants. On another note, do you have enough lighting? If you think you have enough lighting, add some ferts, and if that doesn't work, maybe try adding some CO2 into the mix?

Oh I didn't add salt, they recovered without the need of any mediacations. I went out and bought some ferts just yesterday, so I hope they recover. the thing is that this is only happening where the new leaves are emerging, the rest of the plant have a good green color.
I have one 19W. so I don't know, wouldn't that be around 2 W. which is alright?

I would prune the sick parts and leave the healthy parts. No need to foul up your water with decaying plant matter.
