I bought an Aquarium Pharmaceuticals Freshwater pH Test Kit and went to use it for the first time a few days ago only to find that there was no color chart in the box. Leave it to me to get probably the only one in the store with no color chart. I went to the Aquarium Pharmaceuticals website and apparently, this happens pretty frequently because they have a special form specifically for people who are missing a color chart or instructions. I don't know if they're going to mail me one or what, but I haven't heard back from them yet. ANYWAY I was wondering if anyone who has this kind of test kit could possibly take a picture of the color chart and post it on here so I could test my water. I assume I'm going to get one from them, otherwise what would be the point of the form? But who knows when that'll be. Thanks a lot!

I have a question about ph charts. mine goes from 6.2 to 7.4 when i do teh test my color is at 7.4
my question is is it actualy 7.4. or could it be higher? Is that the darkest color that the dye will get in a low range ph kit?
I thought that..
A) it actualy is 7.4, and if it was higher then it would get darker
or
B) The color of 7.4 is te darkest it could get, so it could be higher then 7.4
But as ive said before, i test my tap water before i age/condition it and its right at 7.. so maybe it really is at 7.4

since you are that close, i'd get a high range test kit too and then you'll know for sure. My pH is 7.4-7.6 so I always have to test with both kits to make sure I know where the pH is excatly.
