Ok! not really sure where i should post this but if someone know better they can move it. My question is is there any other kind of fish that breaths air like a betta and that can live with them. I have a 3.3 gallon tank but there is no room for a filter or air exchange. I like to know if there is anything i can get that will go nicly in there with a betta. I heard about snails i was thinking of one but im worried about it haveing babies. Also i dont know what to feed it as there is no store around here that sells snail food?

there are no other labryinth fish that can cohabitate with a betta.
Apple snails (also called Mystery Snails) will not breed without a pair...so if you only get one, you won't get babies.
also, you can feed snails algae wafers/bottom feeder food...you don't need special snail food for them.

Personally, I wouldn't put any other fish in a 3.3 gal with a betta. It's can be very dangerous to put any other air breathing (labyrinth) fish in with a betta (ie: gouramis) because they tend to fight among themselves. Snails can be a nice addition, but they're incredible messy, so you have to be prepared to vacuum the gravel frequently.
