hi ya'll
I just have a simple question. My betta (Giorgio) is doing great, I keep his temp at 80F, but I was thinking what should the temp be during the nights?

The water temp. should be about the same 24-7. The water temp should never drop more than 2 degrees. Hope that helps ya.

Hi ya'll
Thank you accountingchick that definetly answered my question, but now I have another question, since the temp should stay the same all day, should I leave the 25 watts light on all night just to keep the temp. 78-80 F?

Hi ya'll Thank you accountingchick that definetly answered my question, but now I have another question, since the temp should stay the same all day, should I leave the 25 watts light on all night just to keep the temp. 78-80 F? Do you not have a heater for your tank? If you do not, then I would recommend that you get one. It is not good for your betta to leave the light on 24-7, and it also causes algae buildup. If I were you, I would shop around for a heater for your tank. I bought mine for my 2.5 gallon at walmart for $9. The wattage of the heater depends on the size of your tank. Most of them will say on the box how many gallons that the wattage is good for. Hopefully that helps ya, or I royally confused you. If I did, just let me know and I will clarify more.
