could anyone give me some links for betta supply shops online? preferably in Canada. i want to purchase some stuff we can't get in stores around here before i get my next betta, such as Zooplankton, Daphnia, medications etc. thanks,.

I don't know if they ship to Canada, but I'm going to start getting most of my fish stuff through www.drsfostersmith.com/ because they're much cheaper than Petsmart and Petco, even once you factor in shipping costs.

Helen, where in Canada? If you are anywhere near Edmonton, check out AquaGiant on 170th just south of 118th ave. they have lots of stuff and the prices are amazing even compared to walmart! I got my submersible heater for under $25! and their supply prices can not be beat.

Bigalsonline.com also ships to canada, and i think has some retail stores in the ontario area...but exactly where, I have no idea.

it is expensive and where i live, can't find some of the stuff you need. i still haven't found an online place that will ship to Ontario but still trying.
