spiff, obviously I need to get out there and find a life somewhere I saw you had posted this a couple of days ago and had no responses... this made me sad so I started doing research, although I don't have any loaches or ghost shrimp But maybe I will someday! Anyway, the Mardel labs link was useless as far as giving info on their products - just buy, buy, buy. However, going a little further into the search results I did find this website, which isn't exactly what you asked for but has several links that seem to be headed in the right direction, and perhaps you can jump from this article to another search that might answer your question more fully. www.loaches.com/index.htmlIt's an interesting website, even if you know nothing about loaches (which I didn't until just a little while ago ) Sorry I can't be of more help - good luck

Apparently Mardel doesn't want you to contact them, either, because I had a heck of a time finding a phone number. In the US, it's 310-326-2720. Or go to their home page for info on UK and Canada reps: www.mardel-labs.com/sef

Thank you both for your help I finished the Maracyn Plus meds a few days ago and it didn't harm any of the kuhli loaches or ghost shrimp, so I guess it was ok! ABM, thanks for the link to the loach site. I now know what to use if the loaches ever get ich, so that's good for future use!

So I guess it wasn't just me...I thought it seemed odd that nearly the whole illness part of the site was devoted to ich! Perhaps I should switch to keeping loaches, if ich is the only problem they ever have
