My female molly isn't swimming right. She's been swimming on her head (vertically) all day. She was fine this morning when I turned the tank light on, but not anymore. I also noticed her tail isn't aligned straight, like it normally is. It looks crooked.. like.. broken almost.
The only other fish in the tank are some neon tetras, a male molly, and a male betta. I can only think that maybe the betta did something? Of course I've only heard about them going after fins, and I couldn't fathom /how/ he did /this/ to the molly. (The reason I pinned him is because he was chasing the mollys around this morning.)
At first I thought it was a swim bladder problem, but it looks to have to do with her tail. I would get a picture but she's hiding, and when she comes out of hiding (which is rare, with hours inbetween) she starts swimming around frantically (on her head). I also thought she was just eating food off the rocks, but on closer analysis she's hovering just above the rocks.
:/ I'm confused. Any ideas/comments/help?
