ok the first question is about one of my new goldfish. I don't know what type he is but his tail is bent at the end, and sometimes it looks like he'll start to float but then he starts to swim again( kinda looks like he struggles to swim sometimes) is there anything I should be worried about? Or is the current to strong? And the second question doesn't really matter but my snail likes to eat their flakes, is that normal?

It sounds like your fish and tank have a number of problems:
First, the goldfish is probably getting gas in its digestive tract. Feeding a more balanced diet will help reduce this.
Second, you have too many different types of fish in there. Plecos and cories are from south america, and live in a different water chemistry and temperature than the goldfish does.
Size mismatch of fish can also be a large problem. If you don't have a school of cories, it's easy for a pleco to single them out. Plecos aren't super aggressive, but they become less tolerable of other fish as they grow older.

Well I'm only keeping the goldfish for acouple of weeks because the pet store said we needed them in to help filter the tank and get rid of sickness or something like that...

Yes, and with goldfish you want an emphasis on vegetable matter. Feeding them spirulina (a type of algae) flakes or tablets will also be beneficial.
If you're using a fish to cycle a tank, it's the only fish you should have until the cycle is established. You can then swap out your cycling fish for the fish which you actually intend to keep.
It sounds like you've been given advice from too many different sources.
