I have a couple of questions for the members who have used the Jungle Fungus Clear.
Is the water supposed to turn blue after the tablet dissolves? How long should I keep the carbon filter out?
Any advise on using this product would be helpful; I have already read several of the threads here and the information on how to cure fin rot, but didn't know too much about this product.
Thanks in advance.

JFC will turn the water blue-green. The dosage period is 4 days; you can give a second dose after a 25% water change. Keep the carbon out until your fish is healthy again or you stop the medicine.
Whenever I use JFC I just make a 100% water change every four days and drop in a new dose. It stresses out your fish some after prolonged usage; I've used it for 3, 3.5 weeks and this last week he's been somewhat depressed.
For fin rot you might want to use Jungle Fungus Eliminator, too. JFC takes some time. I'm sure that the more experienced fishkeepers around here can recommend medicines more tailored to fin rot.

My Betta had quite advanced fin rot, which had started off as burnt fins. I used Tetracycline for 5 days. Gave him a nice big water change and then left him for a week. Then I gave him one small dose of JFC, and that seemed to finish off the healing process. Since then his fins have grown back nicely. While ever you're medicating, I think you're suposed to leave the carbon out of the filter. I was recommended to still do small daily (or every other day) water changes. The water does change color, but that's normal. Once you've finished his first treatment, give him a nice big water change. Leave him for 4 or 5 days and check to see if there's any improvement in his condition. Sometimes, or at least for me, the healing was visible 3 days after I'd finished treatment.
There's a lot of people here that can give you some very good advice....I'm just telling you about my personal experience. Seeing as my betta's fin rot was quite advanced, I had to use something stronger that JFC to kick start the healing process. But once he was on his way back to health, the JFC worked just fine.
Good luck on healing your betta. You've come to the right place for great advice and support!
