I'm sorry your betta isn't well. It's almost impossible to diagnose what's wrong, though, from what little info you've provided. Things like water quality, age of the betta, filtering of the tank, water additives, recent changes, water temp etc. all factor into how bettas thrive. If you could share a bit more info perhaps someone here will be able to help figure out what's going on with your betta.

Thanks for trying to provide details...but it sounds like you don't do much in the way of water testing and quality control for your betta tank, which makes it difficult to figure out what's wrong. He would benefit from having a larger home but it sounds like you're doing your best at keeping his small one clean.
One possibility is that you've had a pH spike in the water - bettas need a stable pH of around 7.0, and any change can cause symptoms such as what you describe. What is your water source? You might try using a bottled spring water (not distilled) and doing another water change to see if he perks up a bit - if so, you'll know it was something in the water.
Keeping the temperature stable will also help him.
