The part about the fish going blind is a little interesting, but for the most part what's said is ok.

The part about the fish going blind is a little interesting, but for the most part what's said is ok. I found that a bit odd also, but it is great to see stuff like this being put into place! Now unfortunately the question is, how likely is it that it will be enforced or how would they do so? I'm sure there are many people who already own them. I suppose it's nice that bowls probably won't be sold there anymore. A small step at a time for improving conditions.

Um... I keep my Bettas in 1 Gallon fish bowls Does this mean that I am a bad Betta owner? I certainly won't be moving to Rome anytime soon... LOL

LOL As long as you clean it once or twice a week, you're all set I'm guessing that most people who dont know jack about fish just throw em in the bowl and leave them living in their own crap

thats good, fish that are given away as prizes rarely get taken care of, just flushed .
