Also if you don't mind tell me what you voted on and why.

I would either dedicate a tank for it if I had the resources, or return it. There's no other reason why one should keep a fish hellbent on killing all your other fish.

I did a combination of both.
My little brother had an aquarium with a variety of fish - a few goldfish, a few guppies, neons and algae eaters. There was this one female guppy that was the biggest bully I've ever seen. There were 4 goldfish in the aquarium, and the guppy would go to each one and chase it, nip at it, run it into a corner and so forth. I quarantined the guppy and then gave it away. Couldn't stand it hurting the other fish.

Why didn't you all vote you all just told me so I was wondering if you could click on what you voted. And your right Minaku I wouldn't flush them either I would give it back to a pet store or give it to a good home. And would that explain why my smallest black tetra hides in the corner. Because my gourami chased, nipped, and ran the tetras into corners. I already sperated the gourami but the big black tetra still swims around but the small one hides in the corner and only comes out to eat. Will he come out if I put more fish in it? Or do you all know?

I don't know a thing about tetras or keeping community tanks.
As for why I didn't vote, there was no way to pick two options.

Did this, put it in a special tank. I have a 4 year old Chinese Algae Eater that became a Chinese Fish Killer instead. I set up a 30 gallon tank for him. Luckly he leaves small, non-cave dwelling and non-bottom dwelling fish alone so he has a group of Neons and Zebra Danios with him.
