I just got a 10-gallon that is currently serving as a hospital tank, but when the treatment is over, I'm planning on making it a community tank with a betta in it. Do you think it would be alright to put a small angel in there, or should I avoid mixing the two at all costs?

having had both fish, i wouldn't do it...if either the betta or the angel take a dislike to the other, for whatever reason, it will end badly.

An angel is also too small for a 10 gallon tank. A 30 gallon tall is ideal.
