Does anyone have experience removing scratches from acrylic tanks?
I just picked up a used 50 gallon UniQuarium that has a lot of surface scratches on the inside. It looks like someone used the wrong algae removal pad and scuffed it up.
I have read on some manufacturers websites that they use and recommend Novus polishes. Novus products are easy to come by, but I'm worried that these polishes might leave a residue behind.
The other method is using a nonchemical abrasive.

I'm afraid I don't have any experience with removing scratches from acrylic. However, I would be interested to hear what method you decided to use and your results.
