Ok, I'm thinking that my adult platy will be going into exile, or solitary if you will. I had thought she was just nipping at my cories when they were trying to eat their food, but I was watching her today, and she was just nipping at them, no food involved, and their dorsal fins are looking a bit more ragged than I remember.
How small a tank do you think she could be in by herself? 2.5 gallons? I can swap her with my Male crowntail (he's in the 2.5 minibow) or stick her in a 2 gallon bowl with a filter and put my female betta with the cories. Otherwise I'll have to buy something new.

2.5 gallons should be ok for the platy. Just make sure it has heat and filtration.
