That is absolutely disgusting and their ought to be a law against murdering fish this way because surely no fish can survive that. If the temperature changes alone don't kill the poor fish surely the constant moving around will kill them. I wish the Pet stores would tripple the price of Betta fish because that would reduce thepeople who buy them for stuff like that or who really don't care for them. The other day in the pet store at the cashier the lady in front of me was telling the clerk that her Betta is dieingbut she doesn't care because they are so cheap she'll just buy another one for her Betta Plant Vase. I told her she was disgusting.  |

almost every fish board on the net has posted this, and they have gotten many letters. I have not seen this company change thier site, or anything in a year. I don't think a major manufacturer will touch this.

Poor fish. I cannot believe people actually "murder" the fish... and just because they are cheap?  Any fish is NOT cheap. They are priceless in our hearts!!

Are these actually being sold here in North America in stores cause I've never seen them in public at all (stores/someone walking down the street with one of those) or is it one of those things being sold in Hong Kong and will appear on the markets in about 5-10 years (excluding internet)  ? Just curious. That is rather disturbing though . |

Sadly, the most ignorant probably don't know that it's stupid. Hence how those things would sell because some ignorant person would think "Oh that's really cute, I think I'll get one and put a betta in it." . |

That is the sadest thing i have ever seen. Isn't that ANIMAL CRUELTY! The poor fish being treated like that. Shame on the creators of that bag!
