Hi everyone!
On my picture you will see Sashimi(Left) and Sushi (right). I add Sashimi to my 2.5 gal. Eclipse tank about a week ago. When I first added him he was very timid and shy while Sushi was very active. Now, about two days ago, Sushi started to lay at the bottom until feeding time. Sashimi now flares constantly at Sushi, while Sushi doesn't flare back much. What's wrong? Any Ideas?!?

The first thing I'd check for the lethargic betta is if your tank is warm enough. It should be at a steady temp around 78 degrees. Is he diplaying any physical signs of illness?
Some bettas get used to seeing their tanks mates and lose interest except for an occasional flare, it just depends on their personality. It may be that Sushi just isn't as feisty as Sashimi.
