My mom threw out my two cubes of frozen bloodworms and tubifex worms thinking they were my dad's fish bait. Well, my dad fished them out of the trash and they were just about completely thawed out. He stuck them back in the freezer, will they be ok, or should I throw them out? Don was planning on having a couple worms tonight =P

The simple and short answer to this is: throw them out. Most frozen food is flash frozen, directly from a fresh kill of whatever is in them. This means they haven't been cooked, or preserved in any way, aside from the freezing process. Any portion that has been thawed, must not be re-frozen. And you probably already know to only thaw out what you can use in a single feeding.
On related note, if you see any frozen food packages which show signs of thawing, don't buy them.
