Some of the things i can't understand how i'm going to manage with, but then again, i might get better the longer i do it, what do you guys think?

i think temp is the most easy sit it and only have to glance to check it

Nope, I'd say Feeding is easiest. They're just about always hungry and ready to eat.
Temp has too many conditions- is it heated? does the lighting raise the temp? is my heater working?.... Same with the others. Too many variables to be considered easiest. The only one I found with feeding is for some illness they're not eating the same.

feeding is definetly easiest (  those piggies), but taking care of a sick fish is hardest  . |

I'd say the temp, cause if you have a tank with a heater you can set, you don't really have to do all that much, but look in to make sure that it's working properly  |
