Oh Neptune, with thine blue face and torn fins! doth vex me like some poor and addled Yinz; How hard thou slav'st to turn and chew thine tail! I wouldst that I could trade you for a snail. I watch thee in thine tank with nest betwixt a side and side with side of Melafix; With salt and meds I wish I could prevail, Oh Neptune how thou keepest at thine tail! It's hopeless. He's a chronic tail-biter.

Great poem, Minaku. Though I can't relate first hand with dealing with a tail biter, I can imagine that it is frustrating (and I must say your poem brought it to life).
