Hi... I just wondering.... from the breeders.... can you inform us on what the percentages are that come from a spawn?? How many males vs females??
I love Bettas... both males and females. I'm looking at buying a couple more, and I was going to grab a couple males. Then I started to wonder... what happens to all of the females?? Especially if everyone is buying the males... Where do the females go?
I know the pet stores (around here) rarely ever bring them in. So I guess the second question is "What happens to the females??"
I know some are kept for spawning, but what percent of the spawned females are used for this??
Any insight into any of these questions will be greatly appreciated.
