plakats at walmart??

I was at walmart yesterday morning just peeking at bettas..When I spotted this betta. He was the royal blue/red color. He didnt have the beautiful fins and such.. I had to keep looking because I thought he was a female..From all reading I think he was a plakat.. I have to say his attitude was pretty naughty... .
I'm thinking if he's still there this weekend I might take him home..Anyone ever found them at walmart before?

It's not impossible, but not likely either. Plakats have different body shapes and finnage than captive bettas, so posting a picture could help us determine whether they are or are not.
