I'll be moving to Arizona from Florida in a couple months..I need to know the best way to pack and move my 8 bettas. I have all containers they originally came with from the pet store.. Could i move them in the comtainers? Then pack the containers in styrofoam coolers? Like change water once between...I'll pack spring water with me.

That sounds like a great idea! If they are in spring water now, use that. If not, then get a few gallon jugs of the water you have now and bring that with you. If the pH is wildly different between the 2 places (and it will be, AZ has high-mineral-content, high pH water), you'll need the old water to slowly acclimate them.
