I was wondering if any one can tell me how to boil egg whites for my fry  thanks |

hmmm, one of the guys that I talk to at a downtown fish store told me to use the cooked egg yolk part of the hardboiled eggs and slowly dry it out in the oven. (the dog got the cooked egg whites hehe)
As much as I tried I couldn't pulverize it into a powder but the adults like it as a treat once in a while - I don't give them too much of it tho.
