So, i went into Petco yesterday to buy some new betta food and came out with a gorgeous crowntail . He has a light red orange body, white/red marble head, and bright red fins. He is so cool and such a good eater! I already got him to eat some betta bites and a bloodworm and i only got him yesterday! anyhoo, I was hoping people could give me some suggestions on what to name him. I have come up with: dragon, ares (greek god of war-i know, i'm a nerd), and poseidon (another greek god, this one is of water). I just can't decide!!! help plz. Thanks, Claudia

I just got a beautiful red beauty myself yesterday. I had INTENDED on getting a gorgeous blue one, with a deep red lower fin I'd seen a week ago, but he was gone. I really love the striking blue ones and had my heart set on one, but when I saw this guy, I had to have him! I think he's a diamond tail (?) His tail fin comes to a point - kinda looks like a spade. He seems quite happy and is swimming all over his tank. He gobbled up the bio-gold I gave him last night and again this morning. I was gonna call him Big Red, but I think that will be his nickname. I'm gonna call him Fiero - fire in Italian (I think! LOL). He's quite active and seems to have a lot of fire in him, soooo...
