Not a betta, but still a good friend of mine. She was a Chinese Pug and was 13 years old. She outlived the other two pugs by a year, and we always said that her nastiness would keep her going till she was 20. In the end, she just got too bad mentally. She was blind and completely deaf, and was very senile. RIP little puggle. I'll miss you.

Mickey85,
Sorry you lost Lacy. I'll bet she enjoyed every one of those 13 years with you.
May she rest in peace.

Mickey85, I'm so sorry about your loss. Pets become such an important part of the family, and it's always so hard when you have to say goodbye. I know she'll be greatly missed. sef

Thanks guys. Yeah, it's been rough. We got her when she was 2, and she had been really abused. She weighed 11 lbs (supposed to be at least 18), had a curving spine, and she was all messed up. Over the past 11 years, we got her back into the normal weight range, and she was the most loving dog you could ever meet. Just watch out or she might sneeze on your ankle! lol. Really appreciate the support.

Sorry to hear about Lacy. She sounds as though she was amazing. Pugs are such an amazing lovable breed. Lacy was very lucky to have you to nurse her back to health and care for her all those years.
