I finally took some pics of some of the boys and girls  Luke  Tabasco  Copper (not yet named, he's new)  PurpleNYellow (not yet named, he's new too, with Copper in the background)  Halo  Jor   Females (unnamed so far, new)   I also have some other females in another tank with alot more colour, but no pictures yet, and another male, but he deserves his own thread  Mike |

I really do love all the bettas, they all have distinct personalities. I'm not a breeder, and even though I have females and males, I don't plan on breeding, as it's rough on the fish, and I don't think I have the time to concentrate on caring for that many fish, especially the babies. Luke and Tabasco are just regular veil tails that you can find at most pet stores. Chagal (from the other thread) was found at a fancier/nicer pet store. All the others are from www.bcbetta.com, just by pure luck, I happen to work only about a 5 minute drive away from BC Betta, and they have such wonderful fish there. Mike |
