Not a very good picture, and poor girl had stress stripes all day yesterday -- they have faded quite a bit this morning. She's quite dark, with beautiful red markings on her fins. I wanted a Cambodian female, but hubby saw Josie and fell in love with her. (Who am I to stand in the way of love?) LOL

She's beautiful! Once she settles in and loses her stripes, she may color up even more.
Congrats on the new girl! I'm sure she will have tons of personality once you get to know each other.

sef, She's a beauty! (Those temporary stress stripes will change direction in no time to verticle breeding stripes!) You know, she'll need a "sister" pretty soon. She would likely welcome that other little (Cambodian) "homegirl!" (F.Y.I., my Cambodian gal, Dora, looks like she's wearing permanent, teeny, weeny eyeliner & lipstick ! They're too cute. A must. Go on...! ;D)

my Cambodian gal, Dora, looks like she's wearing permanent, teeny, weeny eyeliner & lipstick My female looks like that too. She has the black lipstick look, and her eyes are mostly black, but with a blue rim around the top that looks like eyeshadow.

Couple of recent shots of our girl. I think her tail is really pretty -- it's hard to see here, but it's red with light blue stripes:

Three is a dangerous number... I was at 2 for a whole year. And then I got Perseus. We're up to 11 now. And we're in a dorm room. You're doomed.

I think my addiction is under control, but hubby pointed out that if I were to find another place to keep Uki (our hamster), that would free up the corner of the dining room for yet another tank! LOL sef
