find wicket!

so i was sitting at my desk, and went to look at wicket. he usually comes over to watch what's going on. and i didn't see him. i checked his regular haunts (on a leaf i always keep sticking out, behind his hidey, in his hidey with his face poking out)...and i didn't see him. then i found him, in the cutest place imaginable. and of course, i had to take a picture



(i again apologize for the poor quality...webcams suck!)



he's kinda hard to see, look for the dark red. he nestled himself in between two leaves. he was so well-hidden, i couldn't see him, except from the top. and he was making a bubblenest.

he, of course, came out to investigate the webcam, as he always does.

Bettas are so much fun to watch...you just never know what they're going to do next! Or where! LOL

Couldn't get the movie to load, but I'm sure your little guy is a hoot.

hrm...apparently, it works in divx, but not in media player...

oddness. well, basically it was just wicket looking at the camera.

hehehe, i went to feed him a little earlier, and i couldn't find him either. he was actually forsaking food to work on the bubblenest. they're such industrious little guys!
