I thought I'd show some pictures of Val before he got sick. Especially since so many people on this forum have helped me through a lot of his problems. At least he's almost back to normal now (I hope). I hope his fins heal soon so he can look like this again:
His fins are blue from one angle and green from another.
He's a little paler in these photos than usual because that little bowl was really cold, and at the time I took those pictures, I didn't know bettas needed warm water
