Nice Ct, very interesting colors and pattern. Linda's in Colorado and she's the best. I hope that he is shipped to her

Very cool but i bought my first betta off the same person Eugene, I hope yours comes alive. Hes also notrious for not shipping exactly the same fish as shown in the picture.
This is my experience with the seller, he is pretty understanding and good with DOA.

Starlight - I asked for Linda and he was happy to oblige, says she's his favorite transhipper. So that works out for me. I should catch a break on in-US shipping.  Solaris - His aquabid feedback doesn't mention a thing about not sending the right fish, or DOAs...so I'm pretty confident. There's a pretty high risk of death anytime you ship a fish halfway around the world. I was suprised that I could still get a fish out of Thailand even after the tsunami, but I asked and he said it was possible. I guess the tsunami struck just the south penninsula of the country, so as opposed to other countires, it was not wholly devastated. |

About how much does shipping from SE Asia run. They're always listed as $5 or so, but how much does the transhipper cost?

Around $30-33 for usps express mail and fed ex overnight is more expensive, this includes heat pack and foam box. These are lindas rates anyway from my personal expereince.

I paid $18.60, but I only paid for Priority Mail since we live in the same state. (that also includes customs fees, and packing materials) It would have jumped to $33 had I had to use express mail. He left Thailand yesterday and Linda should be picking him up from the airport tonight. If all goes well, I should have him by Wednesday.  |
