This has always been one of my favorite pictures of my bettas for some reason. This guy is Melvin and he was checking out his new hidey. The picture was taken about a year ago now before I even had live plants in my tanks.  And here's a more recent shot of the same fish. He's still as feisty as ever. Here's another one. Even though it's not the greatest picture I like this one because it is a bubblenest this little guy, Liman, had waiting for me the second day that I had him. He's a runt and has never really gotten much larger through the time that I've had him (compare him to the thermometer).  |

I love this pic of Elmo  It so shows his personality!! and I really like this one...I took it a few hours after I took Quasi out of his shipping bag...he was SO sick and so tired, but was still feisty enough to flare away  and this is a pic i always wish had turned out better...This is my first betta (Mimi), and he was facing off a ghost shrimp over food...brave shrimp LOL  |
