Hi Betta Gang! I just registered as a new member, but I've been reading the message board for a while now. I recently acquired two new betta boys, one blue and white(Little Boy Blue), and one red(Touchstone). Touchstone is more aggressive and ate right away when I brought him home, Little Boy is active but seems to be picky about his food. I got them at the same store on the same day. I was wondering if anyone else has noticed that certain colors/types of bettas generally have different temperaments, or if it just seems to be random. I have had another red betta a while ago and he was also pretty hardy.
Keep up the good posts! ;D

I read in Bettas by Robert J. Goldstein, that green bettas are the most aggressive generally. Although I have one betta who has some green in his genetics and he is much more docile then my white one.
