Here are some pictures of my new home for Spaz and Ralph Jr. Spaz is moving in!! He's confused.. HEY!! Who's that white guy down there! (PS, the shark just left for his new home after i put the divider in I thought this was MY tank.. You better swim away! ;D Had to saw a hole for the divider hook... The heater is next to the filter now And as you can see the extra piece of divider is on the top to kill the current. Hope you guys enjoyed my "slideshow" Thank you Rachel for helping me out!

Those are some pretty cool pics bcroft. It makes me want to go buy a larger tank and get a friend for Little Charlie.

Nice set-up. I was eyeing some 10 gallon tanks today that I would like to do the same thing with. Sadly, I don't have room for a 10 gallon yet. But hopefully sometime soon

10 gallons are way easier to setup! I had to cut mine down a lot in order for it to fit my 5.5 gallon

Wow bcroft, it looks great! ;D I'm glad it seems to have worked out for you. It looks like the divider fills the gap all the way up to the hood? So how are the bettas adjusting so far?

The divider goes up until the light bulb cover So they wont be jumping over at each other. They are slowly adjusting lol. At first they noticed each other, but not enough to flare up at each other. Now they just stay at the divider and keep flaring like crazy. I bought a couple of small flower pots from walmart, they were like 44 cents each for spaz to hide in, because he's the small one of the two. It's funny, ralph jr seems to be the violent one. Spaz almost never flares, he just kind of looks and chases RJ, while RJ followes every move that Spaz takes....and then flares if he looks his way

Funny how the personalities are so different I have noticed that my new marble DT is the most aggressive of my three guys, he is constantly flaring. I plan to move him away from the other two simply because I don't want him to be freaking out every three seconds, LOL. Glad to her that RJ and Spaz are adjusting well

What kind of tank is that? I am looking in to making a five gallon divided tank. It's just a standard 5.5 gallon tank, and I converted a 10 gallon divider into a smaller one.
