So I'm back at college, and I got rid of my 5.5 gallon! I upgraded to a 10 gallon for my dorm. The 30 gallon is in the hands of my dad at my house right now, god speed those fish... Here is what's in the ten gallon: -THE GUPPY FRY!!! THEY GOT HUGE!! -Spaz, he actually doesnt bother the guppies. -Albino Cory Cat -Three baby neon tetras Everything is from my 5.5 gallon, but everything was also overpowered for that tank, so it all worked out. -50 watt heater -20 gallon filter (with sponge so the babies dont get sucked in!) -Black / Blue gravel

very cool. How'd you do the sponge, just slit in the middle and slide over the intake? Does it help slow the water coming out?

Nice . So everyone is still getting along fine? Spaz isn't bothering anyone? I love those fish saver sponges. I bet it works great for the fry (since that's what they're actually intended for ). I use one in my betta tank where the intake is a bit strong. I cut it down with scissors first so it isn't quite as large and it still works great.

Yup, spaz will be just fine with the guppies until they get into their adult colors and have long and colorful fins. For right now, I'm just making him happy I still love the sponge The guppy fry love it too, if there is leftover food it gets stuck on the sponge and they all go over to it and just nip away lol.

Haha, he's a pretty fish! I've got a male named Spaz.
For the record, neons are schooling fish and like to be in groups of at least six, and cories are shoaling like to be in same species groups of three or more. You could get away with adding three more neons and two more cories if you'd like.

Good point, but I know about all of those facts I'm just testing how good the fish are from this LPS, then I was going to get some more. Neons are notorious for dying within the first week or so because they are so overbred, but these ones are doing pretty good. As for the cory, they only had one in stock
