betta cameo

Hi guys,
I noticed this a while ago, but didn't think to post it here until my boyfriend asked me about it yesterday:
Have you guys seen the new commercial for some beer - Dostoyevsky, or something like that, I can't quite remember? If you have I'm sure you noticed.
A guy and girl see each other through a large fish tank, filled with computer animated fish swimming around. One of the fish that swims by is a blue betta with a red front fin.
It was very cool! I was definitely excited to see that.

Yeah, I've seen it. Pretty weird, it swims by, then another one does, then they come together and they make it look like they mate, even though they're two different species. lol

I saw this commercial too, it was for Dos Equis beer. The betta looked pretty cool, but I told my hubby, "Hey look, they have freshwater and saltwater fish in the same tank, LOL!"

Betta's in comericals. Did you see the betta in the Allstate Insurance commerical? He is in the lower right hand corner of the tv.

Is the All-State commercial the one with the tortoise and the hare? There is one that shows a rabbit and a turtle in the foreground, and off to the side is a small container with a Betta in it.

Yeah, that's the one I saw. Allstate! I couldn't believe it. When I realized that it was a Betta, the commercial was over and I haven't seen it since. Are we on the cutting edge of a Betta Fish phenomenon?

The commercial where the guy feeds the turtle "green" lettuce? There was a betta in that??? I have to look closer the next time that comes on!
