Alright, how do you ship fish? And normal ones, not labyrinth fish? Especially in winter? HELP! My convicts have bred, and if I can get the fry out in time, I"m seeing betta food, but if not, I'll have a whole lot of cons that I don't know what to do with.

"Normal" fish are shipped the same as labyrinth fish. Some people add oxygen tabs to the water in the bags, others do not. I beleive Bettasrus.com and the IBC site (www.ibcbettas.com) have good articles on shipping bettas, which can pretty much be applied to shipping other fish as well. The only main difference is that different size fish require different size shipping bags.
Be very careful about shipping right now, as much of the country is having VERY low temps, especially at night. Many places are under 0 degrees F, which is way to cold to ship in, even with heat packs and good insulated boxes. I only ship when temps are 30 degrees F or above, would highly recommend that anyone else do the same.
