Yes, unfortunately I am aware that we've been getting the "Too Many Connections" gray screen recently during peak times of the day, usually in the afternoon. While I appreciate this being brought to my attention, unfortunately there is nothing I can actually do about it. There are many other forums being hosted on the same server that we use and sometimes the system gets bogged down.
If you experience that message, try waiting for 30 seconds or so and reloading the page. If you're posting a message, I recommend copying it before hitting the post button just in case it doesn't let you go back if you get the error.
Unfortunately that is one of the problems that happens from time to time for us, but usually it doesn't last for that long of a time period.
